About the
Stanley :
The Stanley Prune has large, sweet, juicy
flesh. The dark blue skin enfolds delicious,
greenish-yellow meaty flesh. It is a
freestone.
The Stanley Prune is late blooming,
extremely cold hardy and reliable. Harvest
is late summer. It needs a pollinator and is
a heavy producer.

Please note:
Your region's climate determines the type of
fruit trees and fruit that will grow
successfully. The climate must be compatible
with the growing requirements of the
selected fruit tree. Some varieties will
even prevail in the harsher Upper Midwest
climates. Most fruit trees require between
130 - 150 frost-free days. If you are unsure
as to how many frost-free days your climate
has, please contact your local county
extension office |
